Information We Process

Depending on the lead form and customer configuration, a lead submission may include information such as name, phone number, email address, company name, job title, location, answers to form questions, form ID, Page ID, lead ID, campaign or ad reference data, and submission time.

The service processes lead content for delivery to the customer-authorized CRM or sales system. We do not maintain a separate customer lead database containing lead names, phone numbers, email addresses, or form answers.

For reliability, security, duplicate prevention, and troubleshooting, we may keep minimal technical delivery records such as Meta lead ID, Page ID, form ID, delivery status, delivery timestamps, retry counts, CRM record ID, and sanitized error messages.

How We Use Information

We use information only to receive lead events, retrieve or normalize lead details when needed, deliver leads to the authorized CRM or internal sales system selected by the business customer, prevent duplicate delivery, troubleshoot delivery issues, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, use lead information for unrelated advertising, or use it to build unrelated consumer profiles.

Sharing of Information

Lead content is delivered to the business customer or to the CRM, sales, or operational system authorized by that customer.

We may use trusted infrastructure, hosting, security, logging, monitoring, and operational service providers to run the service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or to the authorized business customer.

We do not disclose lead information to third parties for their independent marketing or resale.

Retention

Lead content such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and form answers is not retained by the service as a separate lead database after delivery to the authorized CRM.

Minimal technical delivery records may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate delivery, troubleshoot issues, maintain security and audit records, comply with legal obligations, or follow documented customer instructions.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information during processing, including access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, webhook verification, secret management, monitoring, and limited access to operational systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to information to authorized purposes.

International Processing

Melyard LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international processing and transfer of personal information.

EEA, UK, and Swiss Privacy Rights

If personal information is subject to the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss data protection law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of their personal information.

For lead information collected by a business customer through its lead forms or advertising activities, the business customer is typically the primary controller. We may act as a processor or service provider and may need to forward requests to the relevant business customer or follow that customer's documented instructions.

U.S. State Privacy Notices

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Melyard LLC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this service.

Data Deletion Requests

Businesses and individuals may request deletion of personal information or technical delivery records processed by the service by emailing us with enough information to identify the relevant business customer, Page, form, lead, or CRM delivery record.

Because lead content is delivered to the customer-authorized CRM, deletion requests for CRM records may need to be completed by the business customer that controls that CRM.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same public location or another location made available through our app settings or customer communications.
